We ship our items internationally (Outside the UK) to all the countries. However, some products such as food or drinks may not allowed to ship to your country. You will be unable to checkout if you order from one of those countries and your order contains any such products.
Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days of payment. (Weekends do not count as business days as we are closed during weekends). We do our best to ship as quickly as possible. This is reflected in the estimated delivery date you were originally given. We will update you with tracking information as soon as it ships.

You will have the options to choose from faster shipping methods if you prefer to, depending on the country and products you ordered.
We offer free standard delivery in the UK via Royal Mail along with paid faster delivery options.

Depending on the weight and size of the product/order, country you are ordering from, we offer a number of shipping methods. You will be able to choose from available options at checkout.
If you changed your mind or not happy with your order or you need to exchange the products, we will happily accept returns as long as a request to return is received by us within 30 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused, and in a resalable can contact us directly via email ( with your order number and issue.

If you find parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, or something is not right, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at with images or videos showing the issue.
We always try to keep our stock accurate and updated. If the product you are looking for is out of stock, you can sign up for the email notification to notify when back in stock, available on the product page.
Gift cards purchased and Discount codes can be redeemed on the website at the time of checkout. Please enter the code as shown.
