We are accepting orders on all the products ordered on www.houseofspells.co.uk and will be delivering them in accordance with Central and respective State Government guidelines. Due to the current global situation, our shipping partners have advised to expect a minor delay as we are only able to send your orders on certain weekdays. Restrictions and delays for some geographies began to appear. We will monitor the situation day-by-day together with our logistic partners.  

Shipping adjustment with flexibility

As things are changing moment by moment, maybe the shipping method is available when you place an order, but the next day it might be unavailable for your area. In this case, we will choose a similar or better shipping method as an alternative. Sometimes, we may not be able to inform you in advance, but you will receive an email advising you of the shipping information, you can also track your shipment from our Order History page.
