Due to the current global situation, our shipping partners have advised to expect a minor delay as we are only able to send your orders on certain weekdays. Restrictions and delays for some geographies began to appear. We will monitor the situation day-by-day together with our logistic partners.  

Shipping adjustment with flexibility

As things are changing moment by moment, maybe the shipping method is available when you place an order, but the next day it might be unavailable for your area. In this case, we will choose a similar or better shipping method as an alternative. Sometimes, we may not be able to inform you in advance, but you will receive an email advising you of the shipping information, you can also track your shipment from our Order History page.

We are gearing up our operations to start delivering all products following the Central and respective State Government guidelines. Hence, deliveries may take longer than usual. Sometimes your local courier service may take longer to deliver depends on the situation in your area. We appreciate your patience in this regard.

Can we still create returns for the orders?

Yes, you can create returns by visiting your order page. However, the returns procedures may be longer than usual.
