Costumes must be safe to move in and suitable for public display.
No nudity, extreme attire, offensive designs, or hate group endorsements.
Props must be under 150cm in length and must not be functional weapons (e.g., no sharp blades, firearms, or dangerous materials).
No fire, skates, heavy metal props, or hazardous accessories allowed.
