One Million Customers and Counting: A Celebration of Our Success

The long and exciting wait has finally come to an end, we are pleased to announce that we have reached our millionth customer, Tomasz!

House of Spells has proudly served one million customers since its grand opening and as a celebration of this huge achievement, had organized a whopping prize for our luckiest millionth customer.
As part of the prize, the lucky one-millionth winner could choose from a selection of wands and a free purchase at checkout as well as a 100 online gift voucher. A must-not-miss offer for any Potterhead, the store saw an immense response from Potterheads all over London. In the days that followed, the store and the staff, as well as the customers, were as eager to find out who would be the lucky winner.
An event filled with excitement and happiness, it was organized as a special thank you note for all our beloved customers who stood by us through thick and thin. It was your support and love that helped us overcome the pandemic and reach this huge achievement.
And on November 19th, Tomasz, a young Potterhead, became the 100,000th customer of House of spells, rightfully earning his prize and officially marking the entry of House of Spells into the 1 million customers club!
