Hermione Jean Granger is a Muggle-born (people born in the non-magical world). Hermione's parents are two Muggle dentists and despite being very proud of her they are a bit bemused due to her powers. Hermione learned about her magical nature at the age of eleven so she decides to go to Hogwarts.
She was selected to the House of Gryffindor and becomes best friends with Harry Potter and Ron Weasley despite their first meeting in the Hogwarts Express not have been so friendly.
We can describe her as an overachiever who excels academically and a very logical, upright, and good. She becomes the brightest witch of her age, she proved to be a gifted student in almost every subject that she studied.
Harry Potter, Ron Weasley, and Hermione Granger faced together many threats and dangerous adventures and she played a significant role in many situations.
Hermione went back to Hogwarts to complete her education after the Second Wizarding War. Later, she starts to work at the Ministry of Magic. She married Ron Weasley and together they had two children, Rose and Hugo, and became the godmother of Harry and Ginny Potter's son, James.
