Harry Potter Colourful Crest Gryffindor One of our more ambitious projects is to create full-colour wooden House Crests from the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. The first one we will be offering is the Gryffindor Crest. Harry Potter is a member of House Gryffindor making this an obvious first choice. To start, hand-painted maple wood is laser engraved and then cut into many small pieces. These pieces get assembled on a laser-cut piece of mahogany forming the whole crest down to its finest detail
